Factory-specific build instruction
All products are built to all applicable building codes and certified to all applicable Standards, meeting rigorous design, testing, and performance requirements. Our in-house Quality Assurance/Quality Control Department works with third party inspectors to achieve these highest standards.
What’s more, our quality programs and systems go beyond the factory floor; we have the best practices in site planning, route planning, transportation/delivery, tracking, storage, installation, and aftersales care, as well as contingency planning.

Planning and Development Department

Factory-specific build instruction
Our Planning Department provides full-service planning and permitting services, working directly with each municipality to obtain the necessary development, site plan, and building permit approvals. Concurrent with the design phase, our site plan process begins with a complete analysis of the engineering opportunities and constraints. Pre-consultation with the relevant parties will be scheduled to gain support of the design and variance to zoning by-law. We then assemble all the servicing information to document the available capacity in the storm, sewer, and water infrastructure, confirm the best location of the buildings to meet the phasing requirements, and ensure the modular design conforms to the site plan requirements.
To expedite the process, we can phase the building permit to start earthworks prior to building permit issuance and phase the onsite work and building installations. We then mobilize temporary power, secure sites with fencing, and begin foundations.
